Shipping & Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do custom orders take longer?
Yes. Custom order items may take 10–14 business days to produce and ship, depending on the request. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or upon confirmation of your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first to confirm item availability before sending anything back. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do what we can to fix the problem!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6 per order. Orders over $100, will receive free shipping.

What planner do I order?
The planner you order depends on the university. Schools range from having 9 to 20 sororities, so there is a small and a large planner size. Choose the university you are attending from the drop down list and we’ll make sure you get the correct planner!

Do you make a Recruitment Planner for my school?
We currently only make one school-specific recruitment planner for the University of Oklahoma. But our “Sorority Recruitment Planner” can be used for any other university.
